摘要
在信息化技术推动下,智慧供应链的发展大大提升了供应链的运作效率,智慧供应链的评价指标体系是衡量智慧供应链发展水平的重要方法,也是当前研究中的重要问题。为此,本文从智慧供应链的创新性水平、协调性水平和可持续性水平3个维度出发构建了智慧供应链评价指标体系,采用组合赋权法对构建的评价指标体系进行计算分析。研究发现智慧供应链的整体发展水平在近年来一直处于稳步上升的状态。其中创新性发展水平稳步提升,协调性发展水平处于缓慢提升状态,进一步提升的关键在于对服务质量的优化,可持续性指标整体趋势处于上升水平,但还需特别重视。最后,本文对进一步发展智慧供应链提出政策建议。
Driven by information technology,the development of smart supply chain has greatly improved the operation effi⁃ciency of supply chain.The development evaluation system of smart supply chain is an important method to measure the development level of smart supply chain.This paper constructs the evaluation index system from three dimensions,which includes innovation level,coordination level and sustainability level.Using the combination weighting method to calculate the evaluation model and con⁃duct empirical analysis,it is found that the overall development level of smart supply chain has been steadily rising in the past.The level of innovative development has been steadily improved;the level of coordinated development is in a state of slow improvement.From the perspective of sustainability indicators,the overall trend is at an upward level.Finally,the impact of each index is ana⁃lyzed,and the improvement direction is proposed to promote the further development of the smart supply chain.
