摘要
环渤海地区是海洋产业发展的重要基地,合理的海洋资源环境价值测评体系体现了海洋资源科学利用的程度。论文基于环渤海地区的海洋产业发展现状,通过EVIEWS实证分析相关海洋环境资源对海洋经济的影响,运用不同的定量和定性方法对环渤海海洋环境资源价值进行测评,最后得出合理测评环渤海海洋环境资源价值可以促进海洋生态效益提高的结论。
Bohai Rim is one of the most important marine industry bases in China.Scientific environment value assessment system embodies the degree of scientific utilization of marine resources.Based on the present situation of marine industry development in Bohai Rim,this article analyses the effect of marine environment and resources on marine economy through EVIEWS.With different quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the marine environment value,we finally draw the conclusions that reasonable assessment methods can promote marine environment benefits.
