摘要
本文根据某企业厂房的需求,按照常规设计方法完成了5 t吊车支撑梁的结构设计;采用ANSYS中APDL方式,建立了支撑梁结构的有限元分析模型,探讨了不同约束方式对支撑梁分析结果的影响,然后提出了以用材最省为优化目标的结构形状优化模型,采用子问题优化方法完成了优化迭代,得到的结果显示优化结果不仅能够满足其强度和刚度要求,而且使其用材达到最省,本文所开展的研究对同类产品的结构设计具有指导意义。
In order to meet the needs of an enterprise, the design of support beam for 5t overhead crane is finished by adopting conventional design methods. By utilizing ansys parameter design language in ANSYS software, the finite element analysis model of sup- port beam structure is built. The effects of different constraints forms on the support beam analysis result are discussed. By selecting minimum of structure material as the optimization objeetion, the structural shape optimal model is presented, and optimization iteration is finished by using sub - problem optimal method. The results obtained show that the optimal result of support beam can not only meet the strength and stiffness requirements, and also the minimum of structure materials is achieved. This research work has guidance to the structural design of similar products.
