摘要
水电工程项目施工强度的不均匀性,使得施工物料的需求和供应不均衡,资金使用不合理。提出配给柔度概念,用于描述物料系统的综合效用。对配给柔度的工程含义进行阐释,采用随机需求时的期望短缺和生产关系转移矩阵两种方式,对施工物料配给柔度进行数学描述,能体现施工物料在种类和数量满足不确定需求的缓冲能力和适应能力。
Maldistribution of hydropower project construction intensity usually causes supply-demand unbalance of construction materials and unreasonable fund use,and ration flexibility is a quantitative description of comprehensive material use.This paper presents a mathematical description of ration flexibility by its definition.In two expressions of shortage expectation and production-relation matrix,this description is an effective tool for evaluating buffer capacity and adaptability under the condition of demand uncertain in variety and quantity.
