摘要
目的研究益脑胶囊(Yinaocapsule,YNC)对小鼠免疫功能的影响和抗氧化作用。方法测定绵羊红细胞致敬的血清溶血素含量与胸腺、脾脏重量来分析其免疫作用;用邻苯三酚自氧化法、硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)分光光度法测定小鼠心、肝、肾、脑组织中SOD活性、MDA含量,用二硫代双硝基苯甲酸法(DTNB)测定小鼠全血GSH-Px活性。结果YNC3.6、1.2、0.4g·kg-1能显著增加小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量和血清溶血素抗体含量;YNC3.6、1.2、0.4g·kg-1能显著提高脑、肾、心、肝组织中SOD活性,并降低其MDA含量,提高全血GSH-Px活力。结论提示YNC呈剂量依赖性对小鼠免疫增强与组织抗氧化作用。
Objective To study the action of YNC on immune function and anti-oxidation in mice. MithedsThe immunization of YNC was proved by content of serum hemolysin against sheep red blood cell (SRBC) andthe weight of spleen and thpous. The content of superoxide di, utase (an) and malondialdehyde (MDA) inheart, liver, brain and kidney of mice were measured by using pyrogallol autoxidation and thiobarbituric acid(TBA) method respectively. The glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity of whole bldri was ansyed withDTNB method. Results YNC (3 . 6, 1 . 2, 0. 4 g· kg 1-) significantly increased the weight of spleen and thy-mus. higher SOD activity in brain, heart, liver and kidney, lower MDA contents in all tissues increase theGSH-Px activity of whole blood in mice. Conclusion YNC (3. 6, 1. 2,0. 4 g· kg 1- ) has a dOse-dependent im-munocnhancement and increase the anti-oxidative action in tissues of mice.
