摘要
大型仪器设备是生命科学研究的重要基础条件。结合亚热带农业生物资源保护和利用国家重点实验室的现状,分析了影响当前仪器设备开放共享的不利因素,总结了8年的实践经验,阐述了生物技术大型仪器共享平台建设过程中的措施和办法。
Core facilities are important basic conditions in life science research. Combine with current situation of Sub-tropic Agriculture Bioesource Conservation and Utilization State Key Labraory （SABCU）, this paper analyzes the disadvantage which effects the opening and sharing of core facility. Then, we summarize the eight-years practical experience and clarify the measures and methods in biotechnology core facility sharing platform comstruction.
