血清细胞因子在儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜中的表达 被引量:1

Expression of serum IFN-γ IL-6 and TNF-α in children with ,idiopathic thrombocytopenic purura

摘要 目的通过测定特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿血清中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF—α)的含量,从细胞因子水平探索ITP的发病机制。方法选择ITP患儿急性发作期组35例,缓解期组30例,另选择20名健康儿童作为对照组,采用ELISA法检测血清IFN-α、IL-6和TNF—α水平分析比较。结果ITP患儿血清IFN-γ、IL-6和TNF-α水平急性发作期组明显高于缓解期组和对照组,且缓解期组亦高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论IFN-γ、IL-6和TNF-α均参与了ITP的发病机制,通过测定细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-6和TNF-α水平可以判断ITP的病情。 Objective To study the pathogenesis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) in cytokine levels by detecting the serum levels of IFN-γ, IL-6 and TNF-α in children with ITP. Methods Acute exacerbation group (rt = 35 )and remission group (n = 30)with ITR were choosed, and 20 healthy children were choosed as normal controls. Serum IFN-γ,IL-6 and TNF-α levels were measured by EIASA, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The serum levels of IFN-γ, IL-6 and TNF-α in children with acute exacerbation group were markedly higher than those in remission group and healthy controls, and the serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-6 and TNF-α in remission group were markedly higher than those in healthy controls (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions IFN-γ, IL-6 and TNF-α may take part in the etiology of ITP.
