摘要
执行力概念来源于法学,管理学最初借用这一概念,并且始于我国,而非始于《执行——如何完成任务的学问》。执行力是一个适合中国国情的科学概念。与企业和政府的执行力建设相比,高等学校的执行力建设目前还处在起步阶段。进行"高等学校执行力建设"理论框架的构建就应该从"时代性、有逻辑性、有适用性、有核心概念、成体系"这五个方面着手。同时,积极吸纳与此相关的海内外企业界、理论界成果也是一个体系成长、成熟的必要条件。
The concept of executive force originated from the law and was first used in manage- ment in China, rather than in Execution. How to Fulfil a Task. Executive force is a scientific con- cept suitable for the China＇s actual conditions. Compared with the executive force of business and gov- ernment, that of colleges is still in its infancy. A construction of the theoretical framework of the＂ex- ecutive force of colleges＂ should fall to the five aspects as ＂the times, logic, the applicability, the core concepts, systematicity＂. Meanwhile, the active absorption of relevant results of business and theo- retical circle at home and abroad is also a prerequisite of the growth and maturity of a system.
