摘要 随着生产与科学技术的迅速发展,对CPU连接孔检测方法的精度、稳定性、效率以及自动化程度的要求越来越高。提出了基于近景摄影测量的CPU尺寸检测方法,通过对CPU连接孔的摄影,获得CPU连接孔影像,通过高效模板匹配算法提取CPU插槽,再通过改进Canny算子提取CPU插槽的边缘,根据连接孔的几何、灰度特征,对其尺寸大小进行精确的测量,实现CPU连接孔尺寸检测。 Along with the rapid development of production and science technology,the demand of precision,stability,efficiency and automation degree of CPU connecting pores detection is higher and higher.This paper proposed a method of CPU size detection based on closerange photogrammetry.By taking pictures of CPU connecting pores,we got their photographs,then used efficient template matching algorithm to extract the CPU slots and extracted the margin of CPU slots with improved Canny operator.At last,according to the geometry and gray characteristics,we measured the sizes of pores precisely to realize the detection of CPU connecting pores.
