摘要
提出了一种基于图像处理技术实现对定装式炮弹进行自动合膛检测的方法。采用CCD获取结合后炮弹的图像,利用图像处理技术对原始图像进行处理,锐化再滤波,提高图像的清晰度,降低噪声,优化图像效果。通过边缘检测得到炮弹的轮廓图像,再采用行扫描的方法得到炮弹不同位置的中心点坐标,最后判断不同位置的中心点是否在同一直线上,从而得出炮弹结合是否正确的结论。实验结果表明,该方法具有非接触、在线实时、速度快、精度高、抗干扰能力强等优点,能实现定装式炮弹合膛的自动检测。
A new detection method for conjoint ammunition based on image process technology is proposed in this paper.Gained the image of conjoint ammunition from CCD.The original image is sharpen and filtered used of digital image process technology.The definition is enhanced,the noise is depressed.Then get the edge of ammunition used by edge detection.The coordinates of centers in different places is gained.Last,draw the conclusion of correctness for conjoint ammunition by judge the coaxiality of centers in different places.The experiment results proved that the method has advantages of non-contact,online,real time and rapid speed,as well as high precision and strong anti-jamming.It can achieve the automatic correctness detection of conjoint ammunition.
