摘要
高等教育要以创新人才培养为中心,推动教育质量全面提高。创新型药学人才的培养必将为药学事业的发展提供坚强的保障。加强药学学生创新意识,不仅是我国药学事业现代化发展的需要,也是适应世界医药科技和医药竞争新形势的需要。介绍我国药学教育目标及创新现状,分析药学学生创新意识不强的因素,详细阐述提高药学学生创新意识的措施与方法,以期加强药学学生的创新意识,培养创新型的药学人才,促进医药事业的发展。
High education should take training innovative talents as the center in order to promote overall improvement of the quality of education. The cultivation of pharmaceutical innovative talents will surely provide the strong guarantee for the development of the pharmaceutical cause. Strengthening the pharmaceutical students＇ creative consciousness is not only the need of China＇s modernization development, also the demands for adapting the world medicine science and for the new situation on medicine competition. This article introduces the target of pharmaceutical education in our country, analyzes the related factor of the innovative situation and weak innovative consciousness, introduces the measures and methods for improvement of the pharmaceutical students＇creative consciousness in detail, and hopes to strengthen the pharmaceutical students＇ creative consciousness, and to cultivate the pharmaceutical innovative talents, so as to promote the development of the pharmaceutical cause.
