CXCL12/CXCR4生物轴与乳腺癌关系研究进展

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，侵袭力强，易发生淋巴转移及复发．是导致女性癌症死亡的主要原因之一。据统计，全球每年约新增120-140万女性乳腺癌病例，每年约有50万患者死于该病。近年来，研究乳腺癌生物学特性、侵袭及转移的机理，发现阻断肿瘤细胞生长、转移的靶点，成为当前研究的热点之一。
