摘要
高等教育的发展,图书馆的人力资源建设也被提上日程,高校图书馆引进了很多高学历的非图情专业馆员,他们缺乏职业认同感,职称评定难,职务上升空间狭小,普遍存在职业危机。文章从高校非图情专业馆员的职业危机表现形式入手,分析原因,从图书馆员要主动加强学习、更新知识、提高综合素质、向学科馆员方向发展、提高搜商等方面提出了应对职业危机的举措。
With the rapid development of higher education, the construction of human resource of university library has been put on the agenda. The university libraries have introduced many the non-library-science-major librarians, though they have advanced academic degrees. These librarians lack sense of professional identity, who have difficulties in title assessment, with scarce opportunities of being promoted, and so on. Starting from the forms of professional crises, this paper makes an analysis of the causes. The author holds that the non-libraryscience-major librarians should actively make a study of library science, enhance their comprehensive quality, train themselves in the direction of subject librarians, and raise their search quotient, so as to be prepared against the possible professional crises.
