摘要
目的评价复方桐叶烧伤油在长期不愈合创口换药中的临床应用效果。方法实验组采用复方桐叶烧伤油换药,对照组采用传统的利凡诺纱条换药。结果复方桐叶烧伤油实验组的疗效明显好于利凡诺纱条对照组。结论复方桐叶烧伤油换药可以有效促进长期不愈合创口的愈合,值得临床上推广使用。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical application efficacy of compound paulownia leaf burn oil in long-term wound nonunion＇s dressing change. Methods： Compound paulownia leaf burn oil was used in the experimental group, comparatively, the rivanol gauze was used in the control group. Results： The curative effect of compound paulownia leaf burn oil for the experimental group was much better than that of rivanol gauze for the control group. Conclusion： The long-term wound nonunion can be effectively made to heal by compound paulownia leaf burn oil, which was worth of popularization.
