摘要
专利中蕴含了丰富的设计知识,不同专利设计知识对创新设计的价值不同,对专利设计知识进行合理量化评估能快速有效地帮助设计人员进行创新设计。根据专利方案设计知识的特点,采用动词和名词分别代表专利中的原理设计知识和结构设计知识。通过引入信息熵的概念,提出专利设计知识的新颖度和相容度的量化计算方法。结合形态学分析方法,建立面向复合功能的专利组合方案设计知识创新性优化评估模型。以具有自锁功能的直线驱动机构创新设计为例说明基于形态学矩阵的创新设计过程。对比分析专利数量和设计知识词汇集数量对组合方案创新性评估结果的影响,验证了提出的新颖度和相容度的量化计算方法以及组合方案创新性评估模型的可行性和实用性。
Patents contain rich design knowledge.Different patent knowledge means different values in creative design.Proper evaluation of patent design knowledge can assist designers to make creative design quickly and effectively.According to the study of the characteristics of patent design knowledge,the principle design knowledge and structural design knowledge of a patent can be represented with verbs and nouns.By introducing the concept of information entropy,the evaluation method of the novelty degree and compatible degree of patent design knowledge is proposed.Moreover,the novelty evaluation model of the combination of patent design knowledge is constructed by combining with the morphological analysis.The creative design process based on the morphological matrix is illustrated with the creative design of a self-locking straight line drive mechanism.The feasibility and practicality of the evaluation method of the novelty degree and compatible degree and the evaluation model of the combination of patent design knowledge are verified by comparing and analyzing the different evaluation results caused by the change of the number of patents and design knowledge words.
