摘要
研究了概念设计知识空间层次结构体系,分析了专利知识空间与已有设计知识空间之间的关系,说明了专利知识挖掘具有扩展设计知识空间、避免重复设计和促进产品创新的作用.提出了一种面向概念设计的专利知识挖掘方法,建立了统一的专利技术特征表示模型,利用词法分析、句法分析、语义分析等自然语言理解技术,抽取专利技术特征信息,通过不同层次的知识挖掘形成专利知识空间.以钻夹头产品设计为例,采用该方法挖掘相同设计领域的产品专利需求知识和功能知识,辅助产品的需求分析和功能结构变异,设计结果表明,该方法充分利用了专利资源,为概念设计提供丰富的设计知识,有效地提高了产品创新能力.
The hierarchy of knowledge space in conceptual design was researched and the relationship between patent knowledge space and existing design knowledge space was analyzed. The results show that the patent knowledge mining plays the roles in expanding design knowledge space, avoiding duplication design and promoting product innovation. Then a method of patent knowledge mining for conceptual design was proposed and a uniform patent technique feature model was set up. By nature language understanding, such as morphological analysis, syntactic analysis, semantic analysis et al. , the patent technique features information was extracted. Through knowledge mining at different levels the patent knowledge space was formed. An innovation design of drill chuck was referred as an example to explain this method, by which the requirement knowledge and function knowledge were mined from the same design field product patents, and the product requirements analysis and function structure variation were assisted. The design results showed that this method fully made use of patent resources, provid.ed rich design knowledge for conceptual design and effectively improved product innovation capability.
