耐火材料转炉渣侵蚀机理的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究结果表明,渣中的Fe_3O_4渗透进耐火砖内的深度不大,但是使砖体内部发生了质的变化,硅酸盐相有较强的渗透进耐火砖内部的能力,并且在铁尖晶石和镁尖晶石之间形成固溶体。硅酸盐相和Fe_3O_4相的渗透和反应降低了固体材料之间的直接结合能力,是降低耐火材料寿命的主要因素之一。
