摘要
目的探讨不同干预措施对手卫生依从性的影响,寻求提高手卫生依从性的有效措施。方法选择2010年8月—2011年3月在我院ICU实习的91名护理学生,按时间先后顺序分为对照组、教育组、教育+贴标识组、教育+贴标识+监督组,记录各组观察对象在接触患者操作前后手卫生次数,手卫生依从性用执行百分率表示。结果在采取教育、教育+贴标识、教育+贴标识+监督的不同干预措施后,观察对象手卫生依从性均有了不同程度的提高,教育+贴标识+监督组第1周操作前后手卫生执行率分别为97.5%和98.8%,第4周操作前后手卫生执行率分别为98.2%和99.2%,采取教育+贴标识+监督的综合干预措施使手卫生依从性明显高于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取教育+贴标识+监督的综合干预措施至此措施习惯形成能最大限度提高医务人员手卫生的依从性。
Objective To investigate the influence of different interventions on hand hygiene(HH) compliance to seek for effective measures.Methods A total of 91 nursing students,practicing in Hebei Provincial People′s Hospital from August 2010 to March 2011,were divided into groups control(C group),education(E group),education+marking(EM group),education+marking + monitor(EMM group) according to order sequences.Frequencies of hand hygiene of observed objects contacting patients were recorded before and after procedures,HH compliance expressed by execution percentage.Results The HH compliance of observed objects groups E,EM,EMM were improved in different extents.Before and after procedures,in week 1 EMM group had HH execution rates of 97.5%,98.8%,respectively,and in week 4,98.2% 和99.2%,respectively,significantly higher than in groups C,E,EM(P0.05).Conclusion Use of EMM comprehensive intervention can improve HH compliance of medical staff to the extent.
