摘要
以 2 0 2 4铝合金挤压棒材为对象 ,试验证实了挤压效应对其微变形行为具有显著的影响。着重研究了微变形消除各向异性工艺 ,通过形变热处理获得了均匀细小的等轴晶组织 ,使轴向和径向的微屈服强度趋于一致 ,达到了微变形行为的各向同性。
WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]The extrusion microeffect was verified throuth the studing of as extruded 2024 aluminium alloy bar and the technology of eliminating micro deformation anisotropy was investigated.Treated by optimum technology stated in this paper,the uniform and fine equiaxed crystals were obtained,and the difference between the axial and radial microyield strengths was almost diminished.
