摘要 采用精密多功能低温静载材料实验机和扫描电镜,系统研究了焊接方法对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢焊接接头低温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:在77K下,1Cr18Ni9Ti钢TIG焊接头的强度、伸长率均比MMA焊接头的高;两者拉伸断口均为韧窝和撕裂棱混合型韧性断口,但TIG焊接头断口中韧窝的尺寸细小而均匀。 The fluences of welding methods on the low temperature tensile behavior of 1Crl 8Ni9Ti steel welded joint were studied by means of precise multifunction material testing system and SEM. The results show that the strength and elongation of the TIG welded joint is higher than that of the MMA at 77K. The fi'acture surface of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel welded joint exhibits hybrid tough fi'acture of dimple and tear ridge, and dimple of the TIG welded joint fracture surface is tiny and uniform.
