摘要
分别通过溶液聚合、乳液聚合和两步聚合法制备了3种水性羟基丙烯酸树脂(PAS、PAE、PAT),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、动态光散射(DLS)和示差扫描量热法(DSC)对所合成树脂进行了表征。在无催化剂存在的条件下,分别将3种水性树脂与异氰酸酯固化剂Bayhydur XP 2655以及助剂混合得到双组分水性聚氨酯清漆,通过红外光谱对固化后清漆结构进行了表征,并对3种水性清漆的性能进行了研究。实验结果表明基于PAT的水性清漆综合性能较优。
Three kinds of waterborne hydroxyl acrylic resin (PAS, PAE and PAT) were prepared through solution polymerization, emulsion polymerization and two -step polymerization method, respectively. The structures of resins were characterized by fourier transfer infrared (FF- IR), dynamic light scattering (DIS) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The hydroxyl acrylic resins were mixed with hydrophilically mod- ified polyisocyanate curing agent (Bayhydur XP 2655) respectively in the absence of catalyst to obtain a 2K waterborne polyurethane (2K- WPU) coatings. FF -IR was employed to investigate the structure of the cured coatings. Comparisons of properties of 2K - WPU coatings based on these three different resins were conducted which showed that the PAT- based coating gave better comprehensive properties.
