摘要
以过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯(TBPB)和过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)作为引发剂,巯基乙醇(AMSD)作为相对分子质量调节剂合成了一种涂料用高固体分羟基丙烯酸树脂。研究了不同温度、不同引发剂体系对树脂黏度以及机械性能的影响。试验结果表明:TBPB用量为50份,AMSD用量为10份时,合成的羟基丙烯酸树脂黏度最低,机械性能最好;用合成的羟基丙烯酸树脂配漆,其铅笔硬度为3H、划格法附着力≤2级,耐MEK(甲乙酮)擦拭性>100次,漆膜外观平整光滑、无流痕。
A high solids hydroxy acrylic resin for coatings was synthesized by using tert-butyl peroxybenzoate (TBPB)and dibenzoyl peroxide(BPO)as initiators and mercaptoethanol(AMSD)as molecular weight regulator. The effects of different temperature and initiator systems on the viscosity and mechanical properties of the resin were studied.The experimental results showed that the content of TBPB was 50 parts,and AMSD content was 10 parts,the synthetic hydroxy acrylic resin had the lowest viscosity,and the best mechanical properties.The paint was prepared with synthetic hydroxyl acrylic resin,which pencil hardness is 3H,the adhesion(cross-cut method)is not higher than level 2,the MEK-resistant performance is more than 100,the appearance of the paint film are smooth and there is no flow marks.
