摘要
目的研究明矾对大鼠脑组织中儿茶酚胺类神经递质(Catecholamine neurotransmitters,CAs)的影响。方法将32只健康清洁级雄性Wistar大鼠按体重随机分成4组,分别为阴性对照(基础饲料)组和低(1 457 mg/kg)、中(2 914mg/kg)、高(4 371 mg/kg)剂量明矾染毒组,每组8只。采用自由摄食方式进行染毒,连续染毒30 d。检测大鼠脑组织中3种儿茶酚胺类神经递质的含量。结果各剂量明矾染毒组大鼠脑组织中去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)、肾上腺素(epinephrine,E)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)含量均低于阴性对照组,差异多有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着明矾染毒剂量的升高,大鼠脑组织中NE、E含量均呈下降趋势。结论明矾能够降低大鼠脑组织中儿茶酚胺类神经递质的含量。
Objective To know the effect o/-alum on catecholamine (CAs) neurotransmitters in the cerebrum of rats. Methods A total of 32 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups by weight: negative control group,low dose group, moderate dose group and high dose group. The rats in the negative control group were given basic feed only,while the other groups were exposed to alum by diet for 30 consecutive days,the three groups were dealt with low,moderate and high dosages of 1 457, 2 914 and 4 371 mg/kg. Then the contents of three kinds of CAs were determined. Results The contents of NE, E, DA in the low,moderate and high dose groups were lower than those in the negative control group (P〈0.05) with dose dependent manner. Conclusion Alum can reduce the contents of CAs in the cerebrum of rats.
