摘要
采用人胚大脑神经细胞体外无血清原代分离培养方法,对牛磺酸在人脑神经细胞分化成熟过程中的作用进行了研究。结果发现,牛磺酸对神经细胞14-3-2蛋白的合成具有明显的促进作用,表现为实验组与对照组神经细胞14-3-2蛋白的出现分别于细胞培养后的第15天和第20天。而且实验组神经细胞的14-3-2蛋白的含量呈直线增长趋势。提示,牛磺酸在人脑神经细胞的分化成熟过程中发挥着重要的作用。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of taurine
on the differentiation of human fetal cerebral neurons with the method
of serum-free primary human neurons model.The results indicated that
the 14-3-2 protein can be found on day 15 after plated in taurine-treated
human brain neurons. The 14-3-2 protein level in the taurine-treated hu-
man brain neurons is significantly higher than that of the control(P<
0,01),especially on day 25 in culture. This findings suggested that taurine
plays an important role in the differentiation of human brain neurons.
