摘要
介绍了关于合作的一个理论模型 ,即“囚徒困境”模型 ,及其研究成果 ,阐述了由这一模型所引出的结论、启示和教益。分析了后福特时代制造企业合作与共生的重要性及其新的模式和新的特点。指出了妨碍我国制造企业合作与共生的思想误区 ,提出了创建一个富于合作精神的、宽松和谐的环境 ,以促进我国制造企业的发展 。
In this paper a theoretical model about cooperation 'Prisoner's Dilemma' is introduced with the conclusions, inspiration and enlightenment. The new necessity of cooperation & symbiosis among manufacturing enterprises is analyzed with its new patterns and new characteristics in the era of post Ford. The misunderstandings on cooperation & symbiosis are pointed out, followed by the suggestions of creating a tolerant and harmonious environment being imbued with the spirit of cooperation, so as to promote the development of China manufacturing enterprises and to sharpen their ability of competition.
