摘要
目的探讨Ki-67、Bax、p16蛋白在宫颈腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化的方法分别检测70例宫颈腺癌和25例对照组中Ki-67、Bax、p16蛋白的表达,并分析结果。结果 Ki-67在宫颈腺癌和对照组中的阳性率分别为100%、18.2%,统计学差异有显著性(P<0.01);Bax在宫颈腺癌和对照组中的阳性率分别为91.4%、72%,统计学差异有显著性(P<0.05);p16蛋白的表达在宫颈癌组和对照组中的阳性率分别为100%、0%,统计学差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 Ki-67、Bax、p16蛋白在宫颈癌的发生发展中均有重要作用,在临床工作中检测三者指标均有助于宫颈腺癌的诊断。
[Objective] To explore expression of Ki -67 protein,Bax protein and p16 protein in cervical adenocarcinoma. [ Methods ] The expression of Ki - 67 protein ,Bax protein and p16 protein were detected and analysised by immunohistochemistry in 70 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma and 25 cases of control group. [ Results] The expression of Ki -67 protein in 70 eases of cervical adenocarcinoma and 25 cases of control group were 100% and 18.2% , respectively (P 〈0.01 ) ; The expression of Bax protein in 70 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma and 25 cases of control group were 91.4% and 72% , respectively (P 〈 0.05 ) ; The expression of p16 protein in 70 cases of cervical adeno- carcinoma and 25 eases of control grouP were 100% and 0%, respectively ( P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] The Ki - 67 protein,Bax protein and p16 protein may play an important role in development and progression of cervical adenocarcinoma. The test of Ki -67 protein 、Bax protein and p16 protein contributed to the diagnosis and prognosis of cervical adenoeareinoma.
