摘要
目前 ,我国利率水平几乎没有再度下调的空间。若利率再度下调 ,其负面效应就会凸现出来。因此 ,利率政策的取向应是在保持利率水平相对稳定的条件下 ,逐步推进利率市场化改革。
Now, there is barely any more space for further cuts. And negative effects will surely manifest themselves if further cuts are launched. Therefore, the core of interest-rate policy is to promote the gradual regulation of interest rates by market on condition that interest rates are stable.
