摘要
女子高校要在当今飞速发展的信息时代,培养出高素质的学生,教师角色一定要转变,教师素质一定要提高。教师角色定位不仅应该是学生的导师,而且应该是合作者、实践者和研究者;同时,新时期教师应做到:师德为首、师能卓越、师艺精湛、师本快乐。
In order to foster students of high quality in this information age,teachers at women＇s universities must enhance their abilities.Teachers need to be more than just mentors,but also partners,practitioners and researchers.They also need to have strong ethics,solid capabilities and an ability to cultivate a love for learning in their students.
