摘要
对柴油机螺旋进气道进行三维造型后,利用CFD三维流体软件进行模拟计算,并引入平均流量系数和平均涡流比2个无量纲物理量,验证计算模型与稳流试验结果的一致性。在模拟计算模型基础上,对进气道口中心距、气门室高度、气门锥角3个气道主要参数分别进行变参数计算。研究表明:3个气道主要参数都存在一个最佳值,可以使气道气体流动特性表现更好,同时也为具体的气道详细设计和进一步实验指明了趋势性方向,从而可缩短气道开发时间,节约开发费用。
The three-dimensional of spiral intake was established for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) nu- merical simulation of flow characteristics based on the structure of helical intake port. Using AVL evaluation meth- od,the CFD numerical simulation result was verified by steady flow test. And the verified simulation was studied with the modification of center distance, valve chamber height and the valve cone angle. The results basically indica- ted that there were optimum values of above three parameters to make the flow characteristic of intake port prime. Meanwhile ,this research showed that the direction of detailed design of intake port and further experiment, which can shorten development time and costs of intake port.
