摘要
以某柴油机螺旋进气道为研究对象,在Pro/E软件上对该进气道进行三维实体造型后,利用CFD三维流体软件进行稳流实验条件下的模拟计算,并对该进气道进行了稳流实验。模拟与实验结果对比发现:各气门升程下的流量系数和涡流比吻合较好,流量系数除个别气门升程外,相对偏差小于5%;涡流比在大气门升程时,相对偏差小于12%,在小气门升程时可能由于壁面模型精度差造成的偏差较大。文中还结合CFD提供的进气道流动信息,分析了流量系数和涡流比随气门升程变化趋势的原因。气道流动实验与CFD模拟相结合,可为气道的改进优化、设计开发提供更可靠有效的方法。
The 3D geometric solid model of helical intake port of a diesel engine was built by Pro/E.Then the numerical simulation of the flow in the intake port was done by 3D CFD software under port best bench condition.In addition,the port was tested on the steady flow test rig.The results of the simulation agreed with the test well,the flow coefficient relative deviation was less than 5% except individual case;The swirl ratio relative deviation was less than 12% in big valve lift and became slightly bigger in small valve lift due to the wall model with poor precision.Employing the flow information of the port provided by CFD to analyze the reason of the flow coefficient and the swirl ratio vary with different valve lift in this paper.The combination of the steady flow test and the CFD simulation could provide a more reliable and effective way for optimization and designing of the port.
