摘要 螺杆是挤出机重要的组成部件,其在腐蚀、强烈磨损、扭转下工作,因此其表面常因发生快速磨损而失效。目前,国内挤出机螺杆普遍采用合金钢38CrMoAlA调质氮化处理、高速钢(W6Mo5Cr4V2、W18Cr4V)整体淬火技术使螺杆表层达到高硬度以提高耐磨性。随着对螺杆的使用性能要求日益提升,传统的热处理技术对性能提高幅度有限,因此,一些相应的表面工程技术应运而生,并具有良好的应用前景。 The screw is an important component of an extruder, which works in corrosive, strong wear and torsion condition. So the material surface often wears to failure rapidly. At present, the extruder screw achieves high surface hardness to improve wear resistance by using nitride quenched and tempered 38CrMoA1A alloy steel and quenched overall technology of high-speed steel (W6MoSCr4V2, W18Cr4V). With the screw performance requirements increasingly, the traditional treatment has the limit to improve the performance. Therefore, some surface engineering technologies were researched and it has an excellent prospect.
