纳洛酮对急性重症颅脑损伤患者血中ET、CGRP的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨大剂量纳洛酮对重症颅脑损伤患者血中内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响。方法:选择重型颅脑损伤患者60例,再随机分为两组,纳洛酮治疗组(30例),在常规治疗的基础上同时应用大剂量的纳洛酮;常规治疗组(30例),测量两组治疗后24h、3d、7d血中ET、CGRP的动态变化,追踪观察2个月,判断患者预后。结果:在相同的时间点,纳洛酮治疗组较常规治疗组比较,ET的水平明显降低,CGRP的水平明显升高;预后良好的比例纳洛酮组较常规治疗组高。结论:应用大剂量纳洛酮对重型颅脑损伤患者进行早期治疗,可以降低血中ET的水平,升高CGRP的水平,改善预后。 Objective:To investigate the effects of high-dose of naxolone on the level of blood endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in the patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in routine naloxone group,30 cases in the high-dose of naxolone group.Measure the level of ET and CGRP,after a two months follow-up visit to identify the prognosis.Results:At the same time point,naloxone treatment group,compared with high-dose of naxolone group,ET level obviously decreased,CGRP level obviously increased.The rate of good prognosis was higher than that in the routine naloxone group.Conclusion: Early treatment of high-dose of naxolone in severe craniocerebral injury can reduce blood level of ET,increase the level of CGRP,improve the prognosis.
