摘要
在对建筑行业安全文化定义、内涵、模型、作用等相关研究进行梳理、分析的基础上,尝试就建筑行业安全文化的定义、内涵等进行新的界定,提出了安全文化内涵因素的二维模型,归纳出安全文化对安全行为和绩效的重大影响,并突出了跨文化管理的重要性,为以后的相关研究提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the relevant studies on safety culture definition, content, models in the construction industry, the article tries to give a new construction industry safety culture definition, and makes a two-dimensional model about the safety culture factors, summarizes the influences of summarize to performance and safety behavior, and show the importance of crgoss-culture management for the safety culture researches.
