摘要
为了探讨如何在既定的资源中实现企业效益的最大化,利用目标规划研究成都市某企业生产计划的制定问题,建立了相应的目标规划模型,并应用管理运筹学软件求解该模型。此模型为中国一些中小型企业做出科学的生产计划提供了一定的依据。
In order to study how to use the established resources to achieve enterprise the biggest benefit, use target program to study the production planning problem of some enterprise in Chengdu, built the goal programming model, and apply the operation research for man- agement software to solve the model. The model provide a certain basis for China＇ s small and medium enterprises to make scientific production of plans.
