摘要
在分析目标规划模型的基础上,本文建造了企业经营环境 ES 及一个优先级排列ES.文中实现了将模型的定量计算与 ES 的定性推理有机结合,构成—个智能型、交互式、集成化即具有(?)特征的目标规划模型决策系统.该系统已被用于企业经营决策和计划编制中.
Recently published papers by the 1st author et al[5,6]studied how to solve two difficulties that hadbeen encountered in applying Goal Programming to management decision problems——ill structured prob-lem and assigning objective priority.In this paper,the same two difficulties are studied further with a viewto obtaining improved solutions.The 1st author et al took social environmental factor as an example of ill structured problem and per-formed reasoning about various factors separatcly[5],but incompleteness and insufficient precision of in-formation were not considered.In This paper,the authors perform reasoning for realizing hierarchicalcomplex factors and make use of non-precise reasoning mode to take into consideration reliability;thusthe authors establish a better Business Environmental Expert System (BEES).In a previous paper[4],the 1st author proposed that the priori preference structure might be consid-ered an intelligence structure;in another previous paper[6]the 1st author et al constructed such an intelli-gence system by making use of knowledge engineering and the paired comparision method in decision ana-lysis.In this paper the intelligence system is improved in the following way:the thought process of expertis simulated through expert system aided by man-machine interaction.Such a simulation combineseffectively analytical thinking with intuitionai thinking and is,in the authors' opinion,a big step forward.The above mentioned better BEES and improved intelligence system have been applied to the satis-faction of the user to working out business decision of a certain enterprise.
