摘要
分析了连接挡板锻件的模锻工艺性,设计了一副高紧凑结构锻模,详细介绍了锻模优化设计中的难点和关键点,锻模的模锻工序由预锻和终锻2个工步组成,采用的导向锁扣则由平面锁扣和落差平衡式锁扣2种复合式结构组成。实践证明,模锻工艺合理,锻模使用寿命长,锻件质量良好,可为同类锻件的锻模设计提供参考。
Based on analysis on the die forging manufacturability of a connecting baffle, a compact structure forging die was designed. Presentation was made on the difficulties and key points in the optimization design in which blocking and finishing process is included, and the orientation lock latch is made up of a composite structure, plane lock latch and di- vided balancing lock latch.
