摘要
针对模锻件原材料规格确定没有一个统一固定模式的问题,分析了模锻件原材料规格确定的影响因素,提出了模锻件原材料规格确定的10项原则,增强了模锻件原材料规格在模锻过程控制中的可靠性、有效性和时效性。理论与实践表明:合理运用这10项原则,可有效改善模锻工艺性,减少原材料消耗,提高锻件质量、模锻效率和锻模使用寿命以及降低锻件成本。
In terms of the mode of determining the raw material specification being no-fixed, the effect factors of determining the raw material specification of die forging parts were analyzed and ten principles were proposed to determine the specification. The reliability, effectiveness and timeliness of the specification during the process control of die forging were enhanced.
