摘要
半导体制冷具有加热制冷双向工作、无震动、无噪音、可靠性高、安装容易、热惯性小等特点。文中的系统是集半导体制冷片、高精度温度检测、可控硅移相控制和PID自动控制理论等几部分相结合构成的高精度温控系统。系统经实验数据验证控温精度可达0.1℃,该系统具有很好的应用前景。
Semiconductor refrigerator has the features of two-way work,no vibration,no noise,high reliability,easy to install,small thermal inertia,etc.The system included the semiconductor chip,high precision temperature detection,thyristor phase control and PID automatic control theory,constituted a high-precision temperature control system.The system temperature control accuracy is 0.1 ℃,has good prospects.
