摘要
介绍了长北天然气处理厂丙烷制冷系统工艺和运行模式,针对投产以来存在的能耗过高问题,作了详细的原因分析,提出了丙烷制冷系统节能降耗的几种改造方案,并进行了对比分析,介绍了节能改造的实施内容,并对改造前后的效果进行了对比评价。
In this paper introduces Changbei CPF mechanical refrigeration system process and operation mode .According to problem of big energy consuming from start up, propose several saving energy modification projects, and contrast with each other. Introduce saving energy modification,and carry out analyze and appraise between pre-modification and post- modification.
