摘要
南海某气田开发项目天然气烃露点控制系统拟采用燃气轮机排烟余热的设计方案,在传统降压流程采用的J-T阀前段加装溴化锂制冷机组,利用溴化锂机组提供冷量替代部分J-T阀功能,预先对天然气进行降温,从而减少J-T阀节流过程压降引起的能量损失。通过ASPEN HYSYS分析结果表明,该节能改造方案可使干气压缩机减少压降约1.5 MPa,压缩机功率减少5.6 MW,年节约天然气1 430.39×104m3,折合标煤15 133.6 t,经济性强,节能效果明显。在提高项目的能源利用率的同时,为海上平台余热制冷应用提供了新思路。
The design scheme of utilizing waste heat exhausted from turbine is proposed in a South China Seagas field development project.That design scheme proposed to install Lithium bromide refrigeration unit in front of J-T valve in the natural gas hydrocarbon dew point control system.This lithium bromide unit is used to replace part of J-T valve function by pre-cooling the natural gas entering the valve thus reducing energy loss caused by pressure drop during the J-T valve throttling process.The results from ASPEN HYSYS analysis show that the energy-saving reconstruction scheme can reduce the pressure drop within dry gas compressor by about 1.5 MPa and the compressor power by 5.6 MW,thus save natural gas utilization by 1 430.39×104m3 which is equivalent to 15 133.6 t standard coal resulting in significant increase of both economical and energy efficiencies.Along with improving the energy efficiency,this project also provides a new concept for the application of utilizing waste heat for refrigeration on offshore platforms.
