摘要
分析了浙江电网 500kV、220kV主网架结构以及城市中低压配电网的结构,探讨了电网发展过程中有关电磁环网、限制短路电流、变电所规模、大容量电厂接入系统方式等问题,提出了消除电网结构性缺陷,提高电网安全水平的相应措施。
The composition of 500 kV and 220 kV network as well as the medium and low voltage urban network in Zhejiang Province are analysed in this paper. Also the electromagnetic looped network and restraining short circuit current are discussed. Meanwhile, scale of the substations and the mode of connection to the power system for large scale power plants are investigated. Furthermore, relevant measures of eliminating defects and enhancing safety level for electric network composition are submitted.
