摘要
在综合性的医药高等院校中培养具有能力差异的人才,使学生在某些方面,具有达到企业用人要求的能力,导师制是实现这一人才培养目标的有效途径。文章以浙江中医药大学导师制的实践探索为基础,总结和介绍了相关经验与措施。
The medical college has to figure out the specific model for training the students in order to meet the various requirements from em- ployees. The 'mentor-follower' model, which is a traditional model in cultivating Chinese traditional physician, could be utilized as an effective way. The experience from the practice of Zhejiang TCM University has been summarized and shared.
