摘要 白细胞介素10(IL-10)是一种由多种细胞产生的免疫调节性细胞因子,主要生物学功能是限制和终止炎症反应,调控免疫细胞的分化和增殖。其对肿瘤的影响具有两面性,具较好的应用前景。论文就IL-10的生物学特性、在肿瘤模型中的作用研究进展做一综述。 Interleukin(IL)-10 is an important immunoregulatory cytokine produced by many cell populations. Its main biological function seems to be the limitation and termination of inflammatory responses and the regulation of differentiation and proliferation of several immune cells. Its impact on the tumor has two sides, with a good application prospect. In this article, a brief description of IL-10, its immunological characteristics and the recent progress in tumor models were reviewed.
