摘要
日语个性化人才培养模式的研究是一个值得探讨的问题。本文首先从当前社会经济形势对日语个性化人才的需求入手,阐述了日语人才培养的重要性,然后对日语型人才培养模式存在的一些问题进行了探讨,在此基础上,对其个性化培养的实践性做出了一些分析,并针对性的提出了一些可行性建议。
The training mode of Japanese individualized talents is worth exploring. This paper starts with the current socio-economie demand for Japanese individualized talents, and goes on to the importanee of training Japanese individualized talents and discussion of some problems related. Thereby, the practicality of its individualized training is analysed and some feasible suggestions are out forward.
