摘要
运用MoldFlow软件对学习机电池盒外壳注射模进行了充填流动分析研究,优化浇口位置,计算出所需的注射压力及锁模力,预测可能出现的熔接缝和气穴等缺陷的位置,并进行流动平衡分析,优化了流道系统。
Based on CAE technology, achieved the filling analysis and flow analysis of the learning machine cartridge shell injection mold by using MoldFlow software, optimized gate location,got the required injection pressure and clamping force,predicted the possible weld seams and gas cavity position, carried on the flow balance analysis and optimized the runner system.
