摘要
通过应用Moldflow软件对产品的注射成型及型芯偏移进行模拟分析,优化了模具的浇注系统,从而减少模具型芯偏移量,得到了高质量的产品。实践证明:CAE技术的应用对优化注射模设计具有较好的效果。
The process and method of using CAE technology to simulate mould core offset were presented. The injection molding and core offset were investigated by Moldflow software; the gating system was thus optimized; the core offset problem was improved and high quality of product was obtained.
