摘要
物流企业的现代化发展和激烈的市场竞争对物流企业业务流程提出了新的要求,首先概述了传统物流业务流程方案的现状及存在的问题,然后以航空物流公司为例,制定了一种新的物流企业业务流程优化方案并提出了相应的保障措施,通过流程的优化设计,以实现物流企业综合竞争力的提升。
In this paper we first introduced generally the current status of the traditional solutions of logistics business process as well as the existing problem, then in an example with an airway logistics company, formulated a new optimization plan for the business process of logistics enterprises and proposed the corresponding supporting measures.
