摘要 根分叉形态通常出现在上颌磨牙、下颌磨牙和上颌双尖牙，也可出现在多根牙的前牙、尖牙和下颌前磨牙中。根分叉病变是指牙周炎的病变波及多根牙的根分叉区，在该处出现牙周袋、附着丧失和牙槽骨破坏，可继发于牙周炎、牙髓炎和根尖周的病变。由于磨牙根分叉部位解剖结构的复杂与多变，造成了该部位病变治疗的特异性，加之致病因素复杂，病变破坏程度不同，给临床治疗工作增加了一定难度。
