分根术联合核桩联冠修复治疗下颌第一磨牙根分叉病变的临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 选择下颌第一磨牙根分叉Ⅱ~Ⅲ度病变的患牙,先分根后进行完善的根管和牙周治疗再行核桩联冠修复,定期复诊观察治疗效果。治疗完毕时患牙即可行使咀嚼功能,观察12个月所有患牙均如同常规义齿修复,使用正常且保存完好。结果表明,早期分根术联合核桩联冠修复在一定程度上能治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ度根分叉病变的下颌第一磨牙,但需注意适应证的选择、分根术与核桩联冠修复的时机、咬合关系的调整等。 The mandibular first molars with degree Ⅱ-Ⅲ root furcation involvement were treated with early root separating followed by root canal trearapy and periodontic treatment,finally by core-post crown restoration.After the treatment,all molars immediately had the masticatory function.12 months after treatment the teeth could function as well as denture prosthesis.The results showed that early root separating and core-post crown can be used to treat the mandibular molar with root furcation involvement.More attention should be paid for indication selection,the time of root separating and core-post crown preparation and occlusional adjustment.
