摘要
介绍了核电厂用铸造奥氏体不锈钢材料的热老化效应、影响因素及铁素体相的特点等,举例分析并讨论了热老化过程中出现的反常现象。从微观机理分析、应用实例等方面探讨了核电厂铸造奥氏体不锈钢材料的退火延寿技术。
The thermal aging effect of cast austenitic stainless steel in nuclear power plants and its influencing factors, the role of ferrite phase are introduceds, and the abnormal phenomenon of thermal aging effect is discussed. The microcosmic mechanism analysis and application examples of anneal-life extensional technology for cast austenitic stainless steel are also studied.
